Multicraft FTP Access

Hello! I recently installed multicraft to my server and I can't connect through the ftp. I am not sure what to do and I have tried several things to fix it but I can't seem to fix the issue. Does anyone know how to make it so I can use the ftp access for my server?

Are your server setup correctly?
Is it the right usr/pass combo?

I dont think it is the wrong pass and username because the website says port 21 is still closed after doing the opening process.

Is it now showing as open on the website?

Hmm, Not sure. My best guess is that you need to get that port open, With the FTP port being open you're not going to be able to connect to the FTP server.
