The point in this situation is that it wasn't, and the proper mitigations were put in place to preserve data integrity and privacy for our clients. That's in line with our security policy at Pebble - which is actually fairly strict. Personally, I believe that the issue arose when we migrated from a VPS over to a dedicated machine for our panel.

Pterodactyl if you don't have many nodes and stuff.
Multicraft if you have many nodes and kinda of a big company.
PebbleHost which is a big company switched to Multicraft so yeah.. Depends on what you want to do
