Multicraft VS Pterodactyl

Small post but:

Without including the cost of the panels, which do you prefer to see a hosting company use? Pterodactyl or Multicraft? For whichever one you choose, provide a reason why.

Multicraft I'll explain why here,

All of the users above haven't run the panel on a large scale at all, the amount of issues with it, unfixed bugs and broken sections is unprecedented. The development of the panel has slowed down recently on top of all of that.
Yeah sure, the panel might look nicer but are you going to sacrifice a nice looking panel and in turn get a broken half developed panel that breaks half the time?

Now my experience may be different, most pterodactyl users only run a few nodes if only 1, so I've run into errors they've not yet encountered, but with time they will encounter them and see the problem, Here are just a few of the many issues you may run into;

Stuck on installing, PLTD, Void worlds, FTP Errors, Mismatch ID Token for FTP, Server Stuck on Attaching, Failing to rebuild containers.

Hope this helps, as of right now my host uses pterodactyl and we will be switching to multicraft due to all the issues above within the next month, speaking from the largest user of the panel it's 100% not worth the few benefits it has over multicraft.

Multicraft is much better. We just switched.
