Definitely, it's hard to tell you exactly how much cause of the amount of factors but you should get 144+ as you don't need more than that on reasonable settings with 3 monitors.

i'll tell you this, I have a GeForce GTX 1070, 16 gb ddr4, i7-6700 with a 750 watt supply and with fortnite on mostly epic I can run 300-400 FPS, all epic is 150-200.

So you think with a 1070 TI, I'll get around there as well?

You need a better CPU to match the performance of the GTX 1070ti. Otherwise, it will limit its high performance to match your current CPU.

yes, definitely, I recommend upgrading your CPU somewhere around an i7-7700 or newer, up to you, also depends on your budget. I'd rather upgrade CPU and get a 1070 than keep your i7 and get a 1070 TI.
