my paypal got fucking limited

If you charged back after being limited it takes it out of linked bank? thats stupid, I thought it would access the actual paypal funds

if u have 0 in funds, it does it from the bank. I've done some big transactions, and only have 40 in balance. So if i get multiple chargebacks or some shit, rip my money, and i can't even fight it i don't think.

Oh. I thought it would take the money out of the bank regardless. I would call paypal, when I got limited it was for a reason that I shouldnt say here. But if you got limited for something stupid like a chargeback, call them up right now. They dont limit accounts manually majority of the time.

My paypal got deleted a few months back, I didn't have anything int here so it wasn't a big deal. But when the account gets locked, they wont allow you to create a new account until the account is officially deleted. -That takes a couple of months- but then you're free to create a new account. They can't limit you unless you give them reasoning, it's illegal. My new account has been fine for 3 months now.

To my knowledge, that paypal account is done for. You will most likely be able to withdraw money in 180 days. I had to wait 180 days once to withdraw about $3,000 USD on one of my old accounts a few years ago or so. Although my account was permanently limited I still NEEDED to use paypal for my online businesses. What I did was changed my home IP address. Made a new account, then linked my card and stuff to it. This worked for a month or 2, then the same thing happened. I got that money locked up only about $300 this time. But I did the same thing again, changed my ip, and then made a new account. This time my account was not allowing me to add my debit card. So what I did was opened a brand new bank account at a new bank, so that I could get new numbers to add on my new account. Ever since I got the card, I have always withdrawn money from my "temp" paypal accounts as soon as I receive. Also after withdrawing, I would remove my card from my account so that I could add it to my new one if that one were to get limited. i have been doing this process for a while now. but I also hate doing it as now my payments are all going on HOLD for 21 days before I can receive them. So I am back using my paypal manager. My paypal manager is Tahsin on mcmarket and he hasn't scammed me a dime in all the time he has worked for me. Also, keep in mind I am over 18 and still have this problem with PayPal. I have contacted them before and I get the same bullshit from them every time. I suggest doing what I did if you are under 18 and or don't want to waste your time giving them your identity 100 different ways.

Paypal stores a lot of information about you and your computer. They're pretty good at linking accounts etc

You will probably be limited again some way down the line. I think nowadays paypal limits EVERY new account to ensure that the account owner information is truly valid. So what will happen is that you will need to submit EVERYTHING the way they want it to them when you get limited. You can do the account with your dad if he is okay with it. I do not think this is true. I have changed my home IP address and made new accounts while I was limited on at least 3 accounts. All in the lines of saying "You are not allowed to use paypal again". So I am pretty sure PayPal hates me. Although, I do not see why as I give them a lot of fucking money when they decide to take $1+ fees on every payment I do.

The problem wasn't identity, it was I accepted f&f payments for goods and services transactions. The identity was fully verified.

Only changing your IP is not enough. They gather as much information about your devices that they can and they of course have the information you provide them with

I've been on the phone with multiple agents from paypal. For the most part, all they care about is you submitting identity when they request it. And them completely reviewing it could take days as I have fully given them everything and STILL get limited. Maybe it will be different in your state or some shit. Just try the thing with your dad if he is willing to do so.

They know when a transaction is in f&f, some dumbasses attach notes to them like "for intro & outro" or "for trailer purchase". I've had like two f&f disputes.[DOUBLEPOST=1563281600][/DOUBLEPOST]
