Did the website start with the name of a color?Hi I google'd my resource and a website [Censored] showed up with my exact resource but anyone could download it for free without crediting me.
I don't know what I should do and 140+ people downloaded it from there already![]()

I personally hold MCM indirectly responsible since most leaks come from MCM community! And MCM anti-piracy protection doesn’t seem to be working as intended (at least from my point of view).
I somewhat agree but what would MCM do about it? It would be difficult or near impossible to implement something to systematically stop leakers and if it was possible, it would surely have been done before. Most leakers will probably regret their actions eventually but someone else will come along and continue the leaking.
You don't seem to understand what I meant, I don't talk about completely preventing content leaking, that is impossible. What I am saying is we (the community) need to make an example (of the most popular leak site probably) and show what are the consequences of redistributing and profiting of someone else's work! And I am sure it will be attempted, it's only a matter of time.
Most leak sites just ignore DMCAs and there's not to much you can do about it, unless you can 100% prove somehow (good luck) who leaked it all you can still do is get them banned for leaking resources. If your resource is being hosted on a 3rd party website that doesn't ignore DMCA requests (ie. mega, mediafire) you can file one to them to get your resource removed from their website.
If it's what I'm thinking of that said website is most definitely not "random". By any means. Anyway, I believe Maximvdw has already sent multiple DMCA's without avail. Just DM the site owner and he'll remove it.Honestly yeah, initially it felt pretty good that my random website template was "desirable enough" to be leaked, then figured I was probably missing out on purchases..

Ye, I've had a lot of bots leaked over time, on one website. Just DM the owner(if its the same website I'm thinking of), and he'll remove all products brought to his attention.Since the resource leaked was a website template I made, I just called my own site template random not the big leaking site. Thanks for the insight though.
I believe it's already been done, so. DMCA doesn't always work, just dm the owner and he'll remove it.REDACTED

Just as little bit of additional information on reporting copyright violations: https://www.mc-market.org/wiki/reporting-copyright-violations/
It would also be best to implement placeholders so we can identify the source if your resource is ever leaked in the future: https://www.mc-market.org/wiki/resource-anti-piracy-placeholders/
I'd also encourage you to open a support ticket as we'll happily investigate leaks of your resource, as we'll have more information available to match personal or purchase information to an MC-Market user. Though, without any injected placeholders, it certainly makes investigation much more challenging.
