My version of calculating server cost!

Hey guys, today I wanted to share my version of calculating the price of a server using my theory.

X=Total Cost of Setup
D= Monthly Donations
P= Playerbase

Here is an image of an example I came up with, ignore the messy handwriting.




Please note this is a theory of mine, therefore it may not be completely correct, so please no hate, just comment to discuss the theory.
