Mythicmobs and Config Dev Looking for a Staff Position

Hello, i am Ken 22/yo from Germany and i am looking for a Developer Position.

What i can offer:
-Server Administration, fixing small Plugin Issues
-Configurating Plugins
-Developing Mythicmobs (Other Custom Mobs Plugin would work too but i am best with MM)
-Designing and Balancing Custom Items (Preferably with MMOItems)
-Some unused Paid-Plugin Licences which i can invest in the new Server/Network


I am willing to learn and invest in the Project as long as it got potential and a functioning Team.
