INTRODUCTION
Hello there! Glad you stopped and took a read! Let me first tell you about myself!
I'm a pretty average working joe who decided to start a server that fun and enjoyable for all!
The server that I'm talking about is Mythology Heroes an OP Prisons server to start. I've been thinking of doing this for a long time now and put some work into it on my own but I am here to find people I can do this project with.
The focus I want to take on the project is one that is focused in making a community that is enjoying time on the server and improving the server for the people who play on it. I have tried to come up with new outstanding and unique features that has been unlikely to have been seen before and I am hoping that we'll be able to create a heartwarming community.
Our goal is to create a good server that gives our players the good old vibes that the old Minecraft servers used to have and have a place for all types of players to enjoy playing on the server, just in a more modern way.
My motivation
I talked about my motivation a little bit before so now I am going to go into more detail.
From when I was 14 years old, I always loved playing Minecraft and looked up to the people who provide customs servers to play on and the content that is created around that on YouTube/Twitch. I feel confident in being able to provide quality and sustainable content to the Minecraft community.
I want to be able to dedicate myself completely to this, which means that I also look at this as my job and not just something in between or I only do for fun. I hope to be able to find people who are passionate about making a server with me as much as I am about this server.
This is not a way for me to make some quick money as I have a really good paying job as it is, I actually want to be able to entertain players with fun to play games and have them be as awestruck as I was when I was younger with the games.
So with that out of the way, we would love to meet more people who have a love for Minecraft and actually care about creating cool things (with me)!
Before you decide to message me, make sure you're prepared to have a voice call with me and be fine with leading future calls alone for people who apply under your department.
It's really important that you fit into the team I want to make as a person as well, since I am not only looking for people who are really skilled. The communication part is equally, if not more important as well!
POSITION REQUIERMENTS AND BONUSES.
MUST HAVE'S:
- Good clear microphone [ A must]
- Speaks good English [ The interviews will be over voice ]
- Someone who want's to build a community/business and not make a quick buck. [ This is not a quick anything]
- Over the legal age in you country to sign legal documents.
- Spend at least a few hours a week on the server projects.
- You must be the age of 18 or over to apply for co founder.
- You must be the age of 13 or over to apply for staff.
- You must have discord.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Past experience.
- Financial ability to help.
- Friends that could help.
Pay
Like I said above this is going to be a long project but if your willing to put in the work you will get paid in the end. The pay is set up like this as of now.
Co-Founder(s) 5% Server income max 2 [ After expenses + payouts ]
Dev 5% Server income [ After expenses + payouts ]
Head Admin 3% Server income [ After expenses + payouts ]
Sr. Admins 3% Server income max 2 [ After expenses + payouts ]
Head Mod 2% Server income [ After expenses + payouts ]
Sr. Mods 1% Sever income max 3 [ After expenses + payouts ]
Other Staff positions will not be payed.
