1. Not every build is exclusive so I wont be keeping a copy of the server after i sell it. I am not selling builds/plugins etc. I'm selling the server as a whole.
2. I Will only provide plugin folders (besides free ones), you will need to
download them on your own.
3. I am hosting the server privately at 10 GB/s which means you will need to pay for the hosting as you will have complete ownership of the server. Server uses 2 GB to 2.5 Average.
4. Preferably, If the new owner allows me to be staff manager.

Yes, only that much, but the reason being most of the players that play on my server are my friends who helped build this server so I gave them free ranks for helping me (don't expect the new owner to do the same) Since I spent all my money, time and resources on making the server, I didn't have any left for advertising it (which is where the new owner comes in). I'm not trying to make a deal with someone who just offers me a lot of money but someone who knows how to run / manager / expand servers.

My reply to someone's comment earlier, (same person bid on the server after understanding what I'm really trying to sell here)
"I know im asking for a quite a bit (i was asking for quite a lot earlier) and i dont have a playerbase, but im really trying to emphasize the fact that im not selling a huge playerbase or even a small one, im selling the server (which comes with a few players) Its not just the money i put into it. If you come on the server and ask me to give you a tour, you will see that months of hard-work that was put into the server. Ive tried my best to balance everything from economy to the custom weapons making each weapon fun to play with without being overpowered or breaking the game. Im not trying to make a few bucks before i dip. That is why i asked to be staff manager or similar on the server so i could manage the server when the owner is busy etc or in general. I put all my time and effort into this server for the past few months but didn't save enough resources for advertising / spreading the word, and that's where the new owner comes in. I am not making deals with just who offers me money but one who knows how to run servers and make them grow. This being said, im setting the bid start at 50$ and might make another post which looks better and explains more with me asking for less (this post), but if your interested at all, im starting at 50$"
