I made a megabuild roughly 200x200, the build consists of a large structure consisting of multiple tiers, interior is incomplete but can be discussed upon purchase. The outside still requires a drop down point etc, this can also be arranged upon purchase.

Personally, I think that you should provide more screenshots of the build. Try taking some screenies from different angles, doing so would show off the build and give possible clients more of a positive impression on the spawn. GLWS.

Judging from commissions to which I do for clients, that's an extremely low under pay, so yes, I do expect what I'm asking for if you have no interest don't reply to the thread.

Commissions vs here, you have no proof of the build being made + it's not custom built to a certain client's specifications drives the price down quite a bit.

An in game showing proves nothing unfortunately.

GLWS... No one is going to buy this. if you want to get your stuff sold dont be yapping back at people... that leaves a bad impression and will fill your post with crap... At the most 26+ mines only get sold for around $125. and you get a 200x200 spawn to get started at $100. No one is going to buy this unless they are in it to waste their cash and they can get a bigger spawn for a cheaper price.

the main reason for threads here, is for builders to display there work for server owners to buy, all of you commenting with completely irrelevant stuff to the post, just don't, its a waste of your time and mine, the theme is accurate and doesn't matter regardless, the price is there due to what I have said within the text at the start of the thread, if you cant be bothered reading and just going to comment on pictures and bid price, then I cant be bothered with you, any further irrelevant comment will be ignored.
