On the Discord server.portfolio?
Several things wrong with your phrase (as much as I appreciate it). Firstly, I am a girl not a guy (although some people to interpret 'guy' to be for both sexes) and you unfortunately cannot vouch for me if we have never worked together.I like this guy, vouch
LOL! You cannot devouch because I am not a man.Alright, although I have worked with you under another name, and I dont care which gender you, ima call you a man. Devouch
You cannot vouch or devouch to me for no legitimate reason and you have failed to provide one because 'I like this guy' or you devouching after I said you cannot vouch for me when you haven't worked with me is illegitimate. So can I devouch if I change ur gender to woman? (Just saying I respect all waman)
You don't just neither count as seeming to be nice is not a vouch-worthy reason unfortunately. So how am I suppose to devouch my vouch? Bcuz I am more confused than the time I was learning C++[DOUBLEPOST=1534781995][/DOUBLEPOST]

Sorry but every freelancer has their own personal portfolio to show.

A lot have their portfolio on their own websites but if you want to talk to them it’s via the Discord Server (because that’s the platform in which commissions are made)Yeah, I know. I just feel like Discord is kind of an unprofessional place for a portfolio so I guess I'm looking for someone with a portfolio on a website.

Honestly and from my humble opinion I think they should put a standard rule on mcmarket to force to place portfolios in the service threads. I believe that creating a service company should show its quality so that customers can contact the best one that seems enough for their criteria, if you limit the client to look for you are basically doing the same as any other buildteam in this community that only publishes threads without any images and waits for some uncautious client to fall into the contact and for pain to make the purchase of the service.I simply prefer a website over this "Discord". Just seems less professional. It escalates from a website to a discord to see if the person is actually interested. Lol, just personal preference I guess![]()
I agree with your response, we have asked for members of our team to contribute work that I can put up as part of our portfolio and some of our threads do contain portfolios.Honestly and from my humble opinion I think they should put a standard rule on mcmarket to force to place portfolios in the service threads. Basically all buildteams creates a thread without contributing anything that distinguishes them from each other and it really seems like a useless practice since the customer chooses the service for quality, not for the most beautiful or ugly thread.
I think it's wrong from my point of view to do a thread and say that you offer X service without showing evidence that you have done that service before. It's as if I create a hot dog service and I do not show any picture of my product and then when the customer pays for the service and everything sees that the hot dog is literally garbage. Therefore, in my case, what is harming me is this type of services that offer '' Terraforming '' and do not show any type of image, offer a bad vision and only confuse the client more. If people really love your content they will go to buy your services, not people contact you without knowing your quality, it seems unfair. All this is from my humble opinion, take it as a constructive criticism.
If you really add a portfolio I believe that it is much better than not having any, and even I would put the prices but well that is a more relative option and it seems more like a personal team option, so is up to you.I agree with your response, we have asked for members of our team to contribute work that I can put up as part of our portfolio and some of our threads do contain portfolios.
