I am in need of a developer that can develop a unique plugin that has many Naruto Jutsus for a server of large scale. I owned and ran an Avatar server for a large player base as well as a survival server that is partially owned by me still. I don't pay hourly, reason being I don't know how much or if someone is working since I am not physically there. I will pay for the amount of work done and we together will discuss the amount.
