I know this is none of my concern, but this guy brings up a good point. He hasn't done anything wrong and by providing both languagues he actually benefits the forum greatly.

The rules state that you can't speak Spanish because some people can't understand it. However, this guy provided a English translation with it, so technically it would be fine.

No the rules state Do not post content in a language other than English. So literally, it would not be fine.

I completely disagree. People should be allowed to talk in other languages as long as they provide an English translation.

Another stupid rule. If he's included an English translation, there shouldn't be a problem.
