Need a dev for my server that knows how GeyserMC works!

Hello, I am launching my server in about a week and need some last minute fixes/dev work done.

My server is focused on PvP and is ran on Spigot for version 1.21.7 with use of GeyserMC for Bedrock players to join. The server is focused on the Bedrock player experience and GeyserMC specifically has this one annoying bug with arrow animation delay that I need to get fixed. On top of that I also need some other minor bugs to be looked into like players slightly lagging back on occasion, etc.

This will be a paid position and we have a Discord community of 4,000+ members waiting for the server to release!
