Need a dev that can fix the server (bugs/problems)

Looking for someone who could possibly update and fix my server.
Whenever people spawn they spawn in the normal world not plotworld where they're supposted to spawn at the /spawn.
Also they can't use commands like /gamemode 1.
And essentials don't even work when I update to 1.1.2
Personally, I would deal with this and do it myself, but my patience and calm mind is all over it so I want to hire someone.
