OlympusHCF - Requesting Developers [Hardcore Factions](With our own variation)

This post is made to represent the owners of OlympusHCF LLC. We have a 2k+ youtuber willing to help with advertise, as this is my first HCF server. We have the funds, dedication, and time we now need YOU!

MULTIPLE DEVS WILL BE ACCEPTED BASED ON THEIR SKILLS

Payment
We would be working with you over quite a long period of time on multiple large projects.

We like to pay per project as we feel it's the most safe and easy way for both of us. Payments could range from $10 - $500, it really depends on what needs to be done. For the most part there will be mostly small projects as we plan to launch in BETA map to begin with. Over time projects will be bigger resulting in more money.

Requirements
In order to be hired, you need to have the following requirements:
  • Experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, etc.)
  • Have experienced knowledge with Java.
  • Ability to use external APIs.
  • Have good practice/proper name conventions.
  • Understand git/maven and know how to use GitHub.
  • Work well in a team.
  • Easy to work with/good communication skills.
  • Be able to communicate via teamspeak and/or Discord. (Preferably discord)
  • Be at least 15 years of age.
  • Atleast 50% dedication to this server as far as time goes
  • Lastly be active, if not you will no longer be needed for jobs
