Need a Developer

Greetings MCM,
my IGN is Lavainminecraft, I am reside as a Owner on a work-in-progress Towny server, and I recently fired my Developer due to his defiance to orders, and we are now in need of a new one, this who myself, and the board would like as a Dev:

• Someone who can create great and complex plugins at the given deadline.
• Someone who is dedicated to the job, not someone who only comes online once a month, we would like someone who can come online several times a week, so they can be shown anything that needs to be implemented or needs to be fixed.
  
• We would recommend if possibly the Dev could be located in the UK as obviously time zones are different, we would like to be able to contact you any time necessary.
• If you want to join, please send me your past work
  We want people over 14, we don't want immature 12 year olds who are looking to add us in skype calls with loads of their friends or promote their friends to Event Managers who abuse permissions

This is a market place. A Dev might fix a problem for free but it is highly unlikely that someone with your requirements will work for free, or even for a vouch for that matter.

If you're looking for a developer who actually has any clue of what they're doing then you're gonna have to pay.
This is a marketplace, you pay for what you need.
