need a gui for warps that supports sponge and is compatible with pixelmon generations

my server is frostyfools.apexmc.co ( requires Frosty fools modpack on technic launcher)
version 1.12.2

I need a gui where i can group warps together in a chest like gui, as the listing in chat is too unorganised.
