Soooo, you want a dev. You don't want to pay unless you feel like it, which basically means this dev has no guarantee of pay ever, and even if they do put in a lot of work you most likely won't pay them all that much.
Furthermore, this is a factions server you're working on, also known as a copycat of something that odds are other servers have done better, regardless of how "custom" everything is. Unless it's a reallllyyy unique idea (and you are never an adequate judge of how unique your own ideas are), it's most likely not going to go anywhere.

I don't know why you are trying to hate on me when first of all I don't know you... 2nd I didn't even try to spread hate to you. You are simply here typing a small paragraph (hmm...hmmm wastage of time) trying to say that "I am not going to pay the developer" . If you think that I am not going to pay you can just press the "x" button of the browser and just leave.This is simply a wastage of my time. And no the server will be custom made meaning that it will have unique stuff that any other servers doesn't have! If you are going to spread more beef remember that you are talking in the air because its irrelevant what you say to me now because I don't care. I hate people who just try to hate on others , simply because they just don't agree with what I said.
