Hi, I'm Lermanator. I'm young and I've been wanting to make money for god knows how long. Ever since a few weeks ago, I've finally started making money. I made $255 off selling discord ads/servers. However, I just feel stressed and not as happy while doing this. Over the past few days, I've encountered numerous problems that just have ruined my entire mood.

I've come to ask, do you think I should stop trying to make money? Should I continue? If I should stop, what else should I do?

I don't know, this quarantine has given me a lot of free time so there are some things I can start learning. I've found myself stuck on my computer 24/7 either playing games, working on discord, or doing school.

I've tried some solutions but none have really worked out. I just want to hear from you guys.

Well I've started SAT prep early, I'm very advanced in math and ELA, I average almost a 100 in all my classes. I love to code. I might start thinking about coding but I don't know which language to start on.

Also, I was top 100 in the country for chess. Was state champion 4 times. And placed 16th nationally in a national Chess Tournament. I don't enjoy chess anymore though.[DOUBLEPOST=1586142103][/DOUBLEPOST]

Nevermind, but it's a coding language, It's like javascript I think, don't quote me on that, I know nothing about it.

Well anyway, I'm sure somebody will get back to you soon with an offer, best of luck.

Hey man! I'd just like to say that if you're not loving what you do, don't do it. There's no reason to do those Discord ads if it's ruining your mood. The money is nice and all, but I personally don't think you should continue if you're not happy because of it. Find another passion, especially during this time, where there's a lot of free time on your hands.

Good luck man!

My tip is give yourself breaks and time to complete the tasks, don't promise deadlines you cant meet without stressing or try selling pre mades whether its exclusive or not. That way you have unlimited time to work on it and once its released on here you can still work on it.

Yeah, deadlines are a killer. But some people won't buy unless the deadlines are early. Thanks for this peice of advice!

Try making something unique, like a hypixel skyblock remake. I have seen a lot of demand with only a few sellers. it may take a bit but it will earn big money and you have no deadline per se, but you dont wanna leave it for too long.

Well, this is a big task. I don’t know how to code plugins nor can I build at a level that others can. It’d cost a lot to invest and I’d want to be an active part of the staff team. Speaking of which, what language are Minecraft plugins coded in.

That is an excellent question, but it depends on what you want to do.
Applications for iOS operating devices use "Swift", while Android apps use "Java"
You can do some game coding in C++, while Python can be used for everything and anything, but isn't perfect for game development.

I suggest python, simple and easy language and a ton of libraries that can be useful.
As you said you love maths so you might want to become a Data Scientist or something that includes Data in the future.

I actually took classes for python in Columbia University over the summer. I really enjoyed it. How do I step it to the next level after I learned the basics?

if you can code c++ and python, I'll hire you to make a custom pvp client, and possibly a minecraft turbo sniper.
