Need An Appraisal for Setup

So, a friend and I are going to be hosting a server, but I haven't really messed with plugins since 1.6.4. Some of the plugins I know of aren't even updated anymore. We are going to host a towny server, pretty simple.

We are going to want the following:
- Voting, with in-game currency as a reward for voting every 24hrs.
- A nice shop plugin set up, one that works with the currency plugin
-Of course, towny plugin set up
-Pex setup with your standard ranks, +3 buycraft, I can set up buycraft, just need ranks setup
-AuctionHouse
-Kits for food and maybe stone tools for players
-Plugin for players to turn pvp on and off, they can only fight others with the pvp enabled.
