Need Co-Owner for Pirate Ship Server

A few months ago I made a server. It was a good server, unique concept, nice plugins, good builds. However, it didn't work. The problem was marketing the idea and gaining a player base. Upon entering the server I would link players to this google doc which has about half the information about what is offered. No signs at spawn, no tutorial, complicated mechanics such as piloting a pirate ship. A lot of people would join, walk out into the ocean, get killed by a pig, respawn as a ghost, get confused, and quit.

This is why I need a co-owner. Here's that google doc explaining what this server is about.

What I'll do:
Build the stuff that needs building
Plugging in the plugins and making sure they work
Hosting server

What I need help with:
Presenting the server in a way that makes people want to keep playing
Setting up a donation system that isn't pay to win but is still appealing to be a part of
Input, testing, and suggestions on game mechanics in order to make the server better
Better server name

If you like the idea and want a shot at making this unique server work, then that's a good reason to apply. You won't get paid unless the server is making money, so if that's something you need right away then don't apply. I intend to make this an equal partnership, which means if the server becomes profitable down the road the payout will be equal.

Looks good! I might be able to do this. What I don't like though is giving ranks from a judge in creative. This is not a SMP if this is presented nicely you will have many players online and you will need automated ways to get ranks without a "judge".

One thing that I could do is help give you ideas to mold the plugins towards "Dumbos" if you will, as minecraft has alot of younger players you will need things to be easier to understand, opening a google doc looks unprofessional and kids who are looking for a quick server don't have time to look through the long document.

Why you'd be a good co-owner: I am able to provide something awesome. And this is similar to my previous server. But I closed it down. I would definitely work with another pirate server.
Previous experience: Well. I have good experience as an owner. I can configure plugins very well and host servers well. I have owned a server that got up to 100 players.
