Need Custom Vanilla 3.5k X 3.5k World!

Hello, I need a custom 3.5k x 3.5k vanilla world that is slightly amplified. I want all the over world biomes and also a several of the same biomes. I have a paint document showing what I kind of want the world to look like. I want ravines, mine shafts, vanilla dungeons, jungle temples, desert temples and villages as well. No budget restraints but I am not asking for a lot so I will not pay an absurd amount.

Still need a medieval spawn built. I want it to be about 250x250 with villager shops in the middle. Server big medieval houses and towers on the wall. Several slight elevation changes as well. All cobble and stone brick walk paths and flooring. I do want a pretty decent size wall around the spawn and it needs to be more circular than square. I am not a fan of your everyday square spawns and also the annoying center spawnpoint.
