NEED EXPERIENCED GENERAL MANAGER

Hello! I am in search of a general manager for my server, which is currently in beta stage. Your job would be to help me organize, manage staff, finish projects, and over see over-all well being of the server. You would start as my right hand with the potential to become my co-owner. This title will not require you to put any funds forward, as I have this covered. A percentage of the profits from the server will be given to you in either Manager or Co-owner position monthly after beta.

Minimum requirements to apply for the position are as followed:

• Knowledge of/Has played any of Elder Scrolls series
• Played Minecraft a minimum of 2 years
• Can speak/type fluent English, preferably good grammar
• Is not afraid to speak up when something is incorrect, but understands boundaries as well as understands how to speak to other team members regardless of staff title
• Basic understanding of management and/or conflict resolution
• Does well under pressure/is generally level-headed
• At least slightly organized
