Now there is no pay but it involves lots of experience and You will get to meet many new players and have great relationships with the staff and one day after a while you could resign and get a paying job on the big servers.

Not trying to hate, but having server with 0 budget on it, have no sense. You are having a free domain .ml and cannot even get a builders. I would say your server is first better premade server downloaded from net.
