The plugin TAB plugin you're talking about supports showing the health below a username, you can find it in the configuration.

classic-vanilla-belowname:

  number: '%health%'
  text: '&cHealth'

Please don't pay someone to make this custom, it's a waste of money.

Unless you want something more custom, and the plugin doesn't support it, then you have to pay for a dev, ONLY in that case, otherwise you should use what the plugin support, and if you need an placeholder then ask for your dev to add it, otherwise hire someone to make it for you, depending on what you want you can contact me, i can make that for free, if i think its fair.
