Hi, I am sorry for making this thread, ive tried looking online endlessly and I found a couple of threads about this but none of them worked for me. The problem is that when I try to compile the core it tells me that paperspigot and paperspigot-api where not found. From my research i saw that this was because the bukkit repository is down, and Ive tried to import the dependecies using local, but this doesnt seem to work, it tells me that the dependency was not found in the path i provided. I dont know if Im putting a wrong version, or name, but I would really appreciate anyone helping me, I would deffinitly vouch for you. I hope you understand me as I am new to """developing""" (btw I will not compile to use in any server/profit, I just want to see how can I edit the src and test my changes. Thanks a lot.

Uh - Unless you've got permission you can't even do it to begin with.

I doubt Milk would release it. I worked for wenja, and the release I saw wasn’t the newest.

Maven's a bitch if you don't know Java. if you just want to practice I'd recommend finding some basic open-source plugin on Github and following this tutorial which includes an auto-build script. Just avoid maven until you have a root understanding of Java and the IDE you're using.
