Need help figuring out what's wrong with server.

Hey there. Ignore my stupid name, it's old.

I have a server and I have lost many players today due to a CPU issue. Every time someone joins, the server lags and then when we get a certain amount of players it completely freezes and players time out. I've attached a crash report and what it says in the console when I start the server. Wanted to see if someone could help as I'm not that great at understanding these things.

I'm also not very good with reading crash reports but as a first thing to do I would suggest to make timings report and try to pinpoint plugins which might be causing troubles.
