Need help, Looking for Builders and devs

Howdyo, my name is Josh 26 year from The Netherlands, I'm currently working on a hybrid server of 2b2t(no hacks), saicopvp headhunting factions (no claims), and lifesteal with dungeons all clashed in one package.
we've gotten the spawn and majority of plugins already done, looking for some (paid) help to make this vision a reality.

the server will not feature microtransactions, instead the economy will be build on streamdrops, giveaways and events with global boost and rewards being granted when partnered streamers get subs.

my budget isn't the biggest but i'm sure we can figure something out .
