Hi everyone,
I'm a new creator and recently launched my first setup called Clota9Lives (it's a 1.21.4 hardcore survival with a lives system).
I’m seeing a weird trend: I have over 550 views but haven't made a single sale yet. I’m trying to figure out if I’m missing the mark with the concept or the presentation.
I'd really appreciate your thoughts on:
Is a "9-lives/1-heart" mechanic too risky for public servers? Does it hurt player retention?
I currently have it at $14.99 with no ratings. Is that too much of a barrier for a new author?
Do I need to invest in a trailer or GIFs to look professional enough for this price?
I have a test server ready for anyone who wants to check the UI/mechanics.
If you search for "Clota9Lives" in the survival category, you can find the page.
Thanks for the help!
