Need Partner Part/Full-Time [Serious]

Hi,

I own Mallow Solutions LLC, a marketing agency that does it all and we're looking to hire a partner/manager part/full-time.
Current links: http://mallowsolutions.com/ and https://discord.gg/mallow (all of our links including LinkedIn are at the bottom of my website. I have a lot of connections and a decent amount of money to start things off I just cannot be bothered to handle day-to-day. I need someone who can take over part/full time. Must be somewhat familiar with: system administration, must be over 18 years old as our the state our company is registered in (Florida, USA) does not allow non-freelancers (real workers/management) to work under 18. No service teams please, I just want one person who is qualified. Expect me to ask for past work, resume, etc. The more qualified the better.

Mostly small businesses and some companies we've worked with include Key Systems, Apple, IBM and people they work with as referrals I got. we're going into the music side of things like managing artists/marketing them. edit: just checked the site its not really done right to show our features - gotta get that redone. most work comes from word of mouth for us.

I checked out the site, and not trying to be rude at all, but after spending 60 seconds on there I honestly didn't know what you guys did other than manage something. Thanks for informing me though - got discord?
