Need Server Logo/Banner *Paying*

I'm looking for someone who can make a cheap Banner or Logo for my server Called "CloudCentral" I'm looking for a price of around $5+ per, I am willing to work out a deal with someone. I know graphics are not cheap but I'm on a budget right now, and anyone that is willing to make one or both of these for me would be greatly appreciated.
