Need stable Developers to work for my Network

Hello everyone!
My name is Cultvres and I'm a very well-known person in the Italian Minecraft Community. I've worked with the main and biggest Italian Networks for the past 4 years and now I'm taking the challenge of creating my own network that will surpass them.
The server will open with initially 2 gamemodes, SMP and KitOP but they're not gonna be the main gamemodes of the server.
SMP is basically done, just some final touches and its ready while KitOP needs just some bug fixes since the core, made by another developer that is currently unavailable to work, is already done.
I'm searching for 2/3 developers that are willing to work for the server, not just a commission for single work but for whatever the server needs they'll be there to fix and make plugins if needed.
Right now I need someone that can fix me these bugs and add some features to the KitOP core. I have sourcecode of the plugin.
