Of course this is ultimately your decision, however rather than hiring moderators over a forum such as this, I'd look out for active people in your stream, and mod them, they're the most likely to want to come in and watch you as well as moderate the chat to give you a little help.

Again, this is just a personal opinion and not to try and tell you what to do.
