Need urgent help (PAID)

Hello,

I am in need or urgent assistance.
Last night my dedicated server machine ran out of hard drive space and as a result caused a lot of issues. Most of the issues have been fixed, however, everytime players connect to the server their stats reset back to default as if they were a new player.

I have checked the user files and permissionEX files and all the user data is still in there, but it still resets?

I am in need of urgent assistance for this problem, whoever helps me resolve this will be paid.

did you ever back up your server?

Unfortunately those files we not backed up, however, when I open the userdata files the data is still in there.
It is like it won't load, and goes back to default when the player re-joins.

Are you with OVH? It might be a ovh partition issue. (Some panels install to the root partition, which on ovh is like 10gb)

You can delete some files, then copy the data to an external source to upgrade the current dedicated server with more space.

OP doesn't have dark theme, so probably changed it to look different... Which happened to be dark.. so it doesn't work well for us (dark theme users)

Has a new player folder been created since then?

Contact your Dedicated Hosting solutions for help, Or request a backup from an earlier date. (i.e 6 - 12 hours before this happened.)

Why would he need the backup if all the files are there?

There's an error backups could fix it.
