I would have waited over a day for the edit. 2-3 hours is not a lot of time if the user is busy.

User even forgot about the banner. So if i didn't tell him, he would never figure it out.

You're wrong on this. Doesn't matter if it was in or after the deal. User agreed, and this is my first request. I asked him to put my server IP in the banner, and website. Nothing else, and they won't get changed. User said in a bit. "in a little bit" doesn't mean a day. We can agree on that. So waiting 24h for "in a little bit" - that's a lot.

Time is judged differently by different people and if he has other clients to attend to and he already complete what you paid for then he should be able to take as much time as he wants because he is not being paid for his time and if he has other things to do that will get him paid he will prioritize those first. I also stated in my response that he should have been more clear about the agreement after the fact.

Also 24hours is not a lot of time and relitive to your life time if you live to the age of an average adult thats only .00006% of your life

What I would suggest is the next time you buy something from someone, Make sure you get all the details to them along with the changes before you pay the rest of the payment.
