Skills We're Looking For:
- Solid experience with Ubuntu/Linux
- Pterodactyl Panel configuration and scaling
- MySQL/MongoDB database setup and tuning
- Plesk Panel hosting administration
- Security hardening, firewalls, and uptime monitoring
- Knowledge of scaling strategies for multi-node setups and game hosting environments
- Comfortable automating backups, updates, and system health checks
Must-Have Experience:
- Hands-on knowledge working in live production environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proactive with uptime, logs, and performance optimization
Role Details:
- This is a long-term partnership opportunity, not just a contract job
- Compensation will be percentage-based and project-dependent, with the potential for future revenue share as we grow
- An NDA will be required
- Preference for applicants in the United States or with solid NA timezone availability
