You do realize the minecraft community is dieing right? Not to mention mojang and its eula bullshit. and why would anyone want to pay for your pdroduct when they can use buycraft which offers many features.

In October 2014 there were 20M (20,905,000) monthly searches for Minecraft, now there are 25M (25,986,640) monthly searches for Minecraft, a 5 million or 25% search increase since 2014 (https://gyazo.com/57d86f1fb0223426ce24146749cde450). I'll let you believe the Minecraft community is dying, and you can happily use Buycraft as you please. Our platform is for the smart Minecraft server owner.

You are pessimistic, perhaps you have experienced failure too much. I hope that when you get older you learn that perseverance alone can accomplish any goal. There is no better feeling than proving a hater wrong.

I really admire your concern, advice, and your kind offer to help, but you don't need to worry about us, we are doing okay. May the world continue to be blessed by your existence.

time is money.
And developing software not only develops your own understanding of code, but also develops your critical thinking skills and builds a portfolio you can show off to colleges or employers. OP's time has not been wasted writing code.

I used to think like that but then I realized I could be accomplish more and as a bonus make more money. It's not about making a portfolio for future employers. This is 2016 who works for someone else these days???

Ecommerce is the way to go and programmers will always rule the world. Why make a physical product that costs money to make and update let alone ship. When you can make a program that doesn't cost money to make, update or ship.

It's a fact that ecommerce makes make sales then stores. Ecommerce has millions of potential shoppers where as a public store has maybe 100 a day. OP needs to stop using all his time updating the plugin. He needs to put it out already and see what the return in paying subscribers is. And only if it pays off then continue updating. But the OP is just adding feature after feature when he could be using his god given talent(programming) to make more useful stuff for this world and make more money.
Some of the other stuff you said in other posts was right, but this is idiotic.
You're just trying to win the argument as a matter of principle now, what you said here is pure bullshit.[DOUBLEPOST=1463227297][/DOUBLEPOST]

Although I agree, as far as I am aware - OP is writing this in WordPress, so they have some learning to do!

How is this on topic?

Beautiful words. Agreed.
It's either a blessing or a lesson. Both are good.[DOUBLEPOST=1463276910][/DOUBLEPOST]

I couldn't agree more. We all have learning to do.

Hello,

I am going to be honest in order to help you, and your "project". After scrolling downwards on your website I originally thought it was set-out nice until I ventured half-way down the website page, and then it became an eye-sore. Realistically, if you are taking this project extremely seriously then you want to make sure professionalism is at the highest possible level. You'd want a more advanced website, ticket system and even a support e-mail for instance. Regardless, good luck to you and whoever else is involved with this project: Just remember you will be dealing with peoples' money etc... so make sure you are extremely prepared and tested.

Regards,
Inkzzz.

Thanks so much! What exactly gave you an eye-sore?

Right now we don't really have a product, we are just taking a survey, so we don't think it's necessary for us to have a support e-mail or ticket system.... Right now - at this point, that is...

Please, would you be able to clarify what you didn't like or what "turned you off" about the survey? We have noticed people coming and going after scrolling up and down, just like you said, and of course wed prefer if that didn't happen. This information could really help decrease our bounce rate, and help us improve the project as a whole, so we would really appreciate it if you could share.

Respectfully,

Thekerbey

I think the first thing would be your fucking huge form, you don't need all that data. I started filling out and then stopped, lol. Most of it doesn't apply to me either, I don't own a server or use any system - but it's required form data.

Hello,

It is mainly the form layout. Perhaps you should have a system which asks one question at a time, and then goes onto the next question: The top containing what question you are on over how many questions there are. I haven't explained it too well, but I think you'd get the point.

Regards,
Inkzzz.
