New Game-mode project

I am looking for a developer to help making a project not for me but with me, I will explain everything on discord, I will explain some here, Basically I have been working on this project for a little while and think it is worth working for and trying to achieve making something unique for the minecraft server gamemodes, It is going to be post[apocalyptic based but more in depth, Not like a simple survival with a bit of zombie lore or adventure type survival/factions but more in depth and a lot more features with events and a growing community.

(This project is for long term and not short term to finish a server but to build one)
