As the title suggests, I am about to start developing a new HCF Core from scratch and I am wondering what features people want. Please mention even the basics that are normally included as I am just going to develop from what is mentioned in this thread. People who suggest ideas will receive a 30% on the core when it is complete.

As if. I would suggest you go and watch youtube and have a bit off interest in HCF to actually make a decent one.

Because when you look around, it is difficult to find a good hcf core that isn't ridiculously expensive, still updated and offers features that the players want
