Why You Want Staff: I would like staff because I know i'm capable of moderating and helping out people. I have a good eye, I can spot hacked clients/ghost clients and I know every trick someone uses during a screen-share to hide their hacks! I will be very active in chat helping every member as needed. I will make sure I tp to anyone who needs help and even contact them on the server TS if we get one in the future! I will always be fair I will never be biased towards anyone, I do not discriminant I accept everybody for who they are. I accept that some people in this world are not friendly I do not get offended I will act professional and keep my composure and simply do my job as accordingly. I think I will get along with anybody in the staff team, I will help out the server as much as possible I'm very flexible I can be on anytime a day and I will always follow directions and complete them to the fullest.
Experience: I'm experienced in my opinon, I've been a Moderator on JailMC for around 400days 200+ player prison server connected with Stimpay and ZexyZek, it was sold back in August to VoxaDub OPAnarchy and OPMines Owner, and today he neglects it and most of the player base is gone. I was Helper on EpicCloudMC a hub server around 300+ player base I was very known and popular on their and the Owners can vouch for me one of their best staff members! I've owned server also! I know Perms (Group Manager) and Essentials I can also configure custom plugins! I'm very persist if you need me to get a developer I will if you need more staff I'll contact people I feel suited for the job.
Strengths:
Screensharing : I've screenshared many people in my days I know everytrick like (USB Client, Tabing out GUI's and removing clients completely) I highly suggest you get the Freeze plugin so if they leave they will be banned.
Teamwork: I'm very calm, polite and nice I always listen and I'm never rude. I think I would work perfectly with out staff on the server.
Active: I will be on as much as possible! I do have a life so somedays I may be out with friends but besides that I will try to be on as much as possible my hours are

Timezone: I am EU and I believe you are looking for EU staffs as it said it on the old website and I don't see many EU staffs in the team.
Can your computer handle recording up to 30 FPS?: Yes, I have a good PC which runs Minecraft in 300 + fps and I can record in the same fps as I use shadowplay which means I can record with the same fps.
Do you have access to Teamspeak and/or Skype?: Yes, I have both which I will be willing to use on a daily basis as I believe no staff can function with out it. I can be in TS all the time I'm online which will help me.
What can you bring to the server?: If I am given moderator I can provide a lot, for instance, I am an extremely experienced Minecraft player and I have acquired a deep and thorough understanding of Minecraft. I believe my ability to understand issues and needs in the long term is a big advantage in my Minecraft experience as a staff member.
As a second year of my team leader program, I have been taking useful courses that help me in my everyday life, throughout my program. Communication, strategy, planning and problem-solving have been skills I’ve learned and acquired. Applying these principles to something like game-planning and balancing will truly help me achieve effective and useful balancing as well as bringing creative ideas.
Ideas and suggestions are great, but what about working as a team, like the staff Team, right? As I was an owner of a small server at one point, I’ve learned how to consider anyone’s opinion, a suggestion as I could be mistaken and anyone can give you criticism that could help you both in the game and maybe even in later life. I know when I’m wrong and when to admit it. There shouldn’t be any problem with that.
I enjoy working as a group to solve issues and come up with new ideas. Since I’ve participated in a marketing case competition, in which our team had to come up with a whole new product as well as its entire marketing mix, I’ve realized how interesting teamwork can be and what potential a team has and how a team cannot function without all the participants all intertwined working together.
To be honest, I may not be the most popular player on the server, but I believe that my deep understanding of the game, as well as my communication and creative capabilities, would be a great asset to the Staff Team, helping the game and the players is my goal if I am giving the privilege of being a MOD on Hydra. I also think that I can be a very active Mod as of now we have not many EU helpers to help. As sometimes MODS or MOD+'s may have more pressing issues.
Experience as a Staff Member?: I’ve moderated tons of tiny servers, but they were extremely small. Some servers shut-down and I have no proof of me moderating on them. However, there are few other servers that I have moderated on.
The first one is a rather small community of 10-20 players called minecity, it was basically like a creative server. You went around the map building places and earning money, by building bigger places, raiding, buy houses, and more. I served as an admin for this server and helped the owner do most of the plugins. Even though I was just an Admin and I was behind the scenes, I did come on and moderate and check for any hackers or rule-breakers.
The second one was a pretty cool and small server called UniversePvP it was a massive PVP server in which we pvped with gaps and earn gold by killing players.
In addition, I have been staff on two pretty popular servers one of which I am still Head-staff on but I know that I will be-able to manage my time between the servers. they were both massive PVP. One had factions and kitpvp as well as massive PVP so I had to keep a foot down on playing and moderating each server to keep all players happy throughout the network while being able to stop hackers, spammers, and advertisers. I believe this would help me later on if I get Globally MODERATOR position because I would have to switch very often when people use the “/report” command. Also, I had to deal with the pressures of 3 different fronts, talking to each player and making sure I keep them all satisfied, it was hard but I think we did it the staff team and I keeping the players happy and content, and from my experience I believe I would be able to moderate Hydra well.
About Yourself: Hi, I'm Connor, I like sport and gaming I like to play football for my school team. And with gaming I like to play games like CS: GO and Minecraft I have played Minecraft around 4 years now and CS: GO a month or so. I live in England and I like it there. I like to play on servers that are mainly potpvp as I enjoy the aspect of potpvping and I think hydra is very good, and being staff would be able to take me that bit further in the community. Also, I am good at talking to people so I would be pretty good as a Helper as I am happy to talk to players.
