I disagree, mine has been fine from day 1 (when it released to those in the upgrade plan) and still in perfect condition. iOS is amazing, it performs exactly how it should and it's specs are amazing.

Eh, guess it's just on opinions, I hated mine, I find iOS shit, and it took it 3 feet with a case to beak. Ain't worth it to me

Of course everyone will use it differently etc, I'm always careful with mine and the only damage I have is a little scuff on one corner. Though I will admit I'm an Apple Nerd.. so
