New Server [HELP]

Hello, My name if FloridaBae and I'm sorta new on the "Mc-Market" community. I am starting a new Minecraft Server that is going to have all sorts of unique features. I can maybe list you some below.

- Custom Enchantments (Similar to CosmicPvp's Enchament system)
- KOTH's (King of the hill, an event that starts randomly or scheduled and you need to cap the zone and you will recieve some unique rewards for capping the zone for the time given)
- HeadHunting (A plugin based on your K/D [Kill/Death Ratio] that your head value may increase or decrease and you may sell them using a Head Sell sign. You may also sell Mob's or Animal heads for In-game money and experience)
- Treasure Crates (This plugin is based on a "Crate" you may set-up and config to your choice. This crate is redeemable using a "Key" which you can purchase on the online store.)

I've done all the development for my server and I can for sure say it is 80% done.
I am looking for Builders, Developers, and there is a few Staff Positions open so you may also apply for those.

I am looking for Youtubers to make trailers etc...
I will support the Youtubers with:
- 30x Treasure Crates Monthly
- [Youtuber] Prefix
- Youtuber Rank (Includes a really nice Kit, Perks, and Commands)
- Privilege to have your Video broadcasted on the server. (Daily)

I am mostly in need for people who want to maybe give a review on my server. Developers that may give their opinion and tell me if they can help me someway. (If I choose a developer I may pay him USD Money through paypal or some other payment method or get to an agreement on a percent of the Donations.
