Recently I've been having to report a lot of posts on my threads for people posting dumb and irrelevant comments. I usually have to wait around 1-2 weeks before my reports get solved. Fair enough there is thousands of users on this website and there is probably hundreds of reports each day. But, it needs to get sorted in my opinion.
So basically I am proposing an idea of adding a new staff position/role to MC-Market. Report Moderator. Their duties would be to focus all on reports from users and the Support Requests. This way, staff can focus more on moderating chat box, forums etc and not have to deal with as much Reports.
The main positives would be:

"Uhh hey Doge, sorry to bother you. Please can you read my support request. Ive been waiting for a day now"
I'd love to hear what you guys think of this suggestion.

- Little bit easier job for other staff.
- Quicker responses to Support Requests and Reports.
- Less private message spam to staff such as...
