New Website and professional layout needed MCAmsterdam

We need a new professional layout that we can use for a new website, but also for our profiles on forums, YT account and marketing papers - We need a brand new website with the following properties:
* Homepage with animated GIF or video about our project
* New buttons
* New forumpage
* Statspage
* Its needs to be look smooth, high functionality, lot of pictures
* Pages must be changable by staff
* (Maybe working with Enijn or WordPress, depends what working better)
* Deadline in 14 days

Some options here wouldn't be available for this category. I guess the best option is to post a thread containing the slightly same info about the request. This thread have both graphics and web development request.
