when did i say it was illegal to not be registered? I said it is extremely risky if something comes up involving the "company", there is more of a chance that it ends in the plaintiff's favor and the "company" owner's personal assets may get tied to the lawsuit.

Not sure how you offer FTP access with the Pterodactyl panel when the panel only offers SFTP? Not to mention the CEO looks to be a non-native English speaker due to the fact there are multiple grammatical mistakes in the site. I'd recommend hiring someone that can speak English just to sort of fix up the grammatical mistakes.
