No, you need the builder permission before you can sell his work.

builds fall under "author's right" because someone created them. when you buy them you buy the exclusive right to use them. To be able to resell you need permission from the builder, either through ToS or separately.

Exclusive? What do you mean with that? That only you have it? Still, you don't have permission to sell it onward as your own. I would defiantly recommend contacting your builder to explicitly ask for permission to resell his build.

EDIT: If you paid a fairly good price for it, most people would give you permission.

Yes he does. I have just messaged him on this and am awaiting a reply. Thanks for clarifying that for me. For now, this sale is on hold so no need to bid yet anybody.
