NOT HAND DRAWN - $10 Logo Needed

So I am Looking for a graphic designer to fulfill this request for under $10 since it's a really simple logo

Basically, it's just "Cosmic Designs" somehow incorperated to a logo, maybe in a circle with some detail and maybe make it have like a modern touch, I now make Buycraft themes so if you could somehow make it look like Buycraft text, but don't copy paste their logo text because it's copyrighted (I speak from experience..) but if making it a Buycraft font makes the price go up $10 or more I won't request that.

Payment type would be PayPal depending on your preference, maybe it's 50% upfront and after or 100% after. Your choice. Please contact me on Discord or here which we can discuss further!
