Tech Support Dylan, went above and beyond for my discord bot. He deserves a raise!
I've used Novonode for quite some time now, and while their servers perform well, I have had mixed feelings about their support team. Some members are truly professional and dedicated to their craft while others seem the polar opposite. The discrepancy in professionalism concerns me.
